Meet the Challenge

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Meeting and Events Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and diary management to the Meeting and Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Meeting and Events Manager, including diary management and maintenance of manual filing systems.
  • Co-ordinate and execute direct mailings as instructed by the Meeting and Events Manager.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality events.
  • Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as required.
  • Compile sales packs and ensure an adequate supply of relevant stationery and brochures are in stock.
  • Meet specific sales targets set by management and head office.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager.
