Job Title: Asset Integrity Technical Coordinator

This is a UK-based opportunity for a Flexcube Technical Consulting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementation projects
  • Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking domain knowledge on FCUBS 14 5 version and above
  • Technical knowledge on standalone OBCL, OBPM, OBTR, OBTF, FCUBS Core, ELCM
  • Migration of Flexcube from lower version to higher
  • Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL SQL, Java, Javascript, XML, basic Unix shell scripting
  • Microservices and API
  • Experience in Core Banking Solution design of analytical data model for using Oracle FLEXCUBE
  • Experience in microservice-based products like OBLO, OBTFPM, OBCFPM, and external REST service development
  • Complete architecture knowledge of version 14 5
  • Proficiency in Core JAVA, Spring Boot, and PL SQL
  • Should be aware of installations, interfaces like ATM queues, and APIs
  • FCUBS and OBMA customizations is an add-on advantage
  • Knowledge of Oracle Banking extensibility OBX
  • Proficiency in ELCM and relevant modules
  • Lead the design and development of the Data Warehouse system
  • Data Modeler who can prepare Entity Relationship diagrams
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE backend data model table knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in RDBMS and Data warehouse, e.g., Oracle, MS SQL
  • Good hands-on experience of SQL and PL SQL
  • At least 2 core banking implementation experiences related to Data warehouse
  • 5 years DWH Architecting Data modeler experience
  • Good analytical skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate both verbal and written issues in a clear and timely manner to build trusting partnerships with a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, highly focused, detail-oriented as well as a team player with high energy levels and the desire to learn and progress within the company
  • Knowledge of EMS, Flexml, STP Debug Capture process
  • Use defined standards, tools, processes, change control steps, and document all work to achieve deliverables that meet quality audit compliance expectations of Oracle Client
  • Support scheduled weekend activities, e.g., BCM testing, Data Centre power down, etc. of Production applications
  • Coordinate with offshore development and/or support teams for various technical deliverables including customization deliveries, patch sets, fixes, etc.
Requirements:
  • Sound Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL SQL, Java, Javascript, XML, basic Unix shell scripting
  • Microservices and API
  • Hands-on expertise in deployments, backup, restore operations, and source control tools
  • Good problem-solving skills and perform proper handover knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment
  • Oracle Database PL SQL Developer Certified Professional
  • Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
Qualifications:
  • Should hold a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or Banking
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years total experience with 3 to 6 years experience in primary skills
  • He/She has previous banking experience and knows how to engage with offshore development and support teams in providing the end resolution for production incidents with status reporting and root cause analysis
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving, and challenging environment
  • External Accreditation: ITIL v3 Foundation is an added advantage
