Job Overview

3D Personnel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our high-density residential and commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, meeting the highest quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between 3D Personnel and clients, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Direct and instruct project staff on construction, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring all personnel on site adhere to the highest standards.
  • Manage day-to-day operational duties, including the development and delivery of progress reports.
  • Continuously improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and develop business relationships to drive project success.
  • Provide feedback and record information for 'lessons learned' seminars and staff development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' experience at Project Manager level, with a degree qualification.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-density residential or commercial projects.
  • Excellent analytical and contractual document interpretation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability, with a proven track record in construction planning.
  • Technical competence, with the ability to set and track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Extensive experience in leading and directing project teams and managing subcontractors.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and database applications, including MS Office and programming software.
