As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects, managing site operations, and leading a team of construction professionals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate site operations, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Valid CSCS Gold / Black Card.
- SSSTS / SMSTS certification.
- Previous experience as a General Foreman or Senior Construction Supervisor.
- One working reference.
- Right to Work in the UK.
