TECHOHANA is seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions to clients. As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for managing long-term projects with minimal oversight, delegating tasks, and liaising with stakeholders.

Your day-to-day will involve working closely with the business analyst to ensure requirements are design-ready, collaborating with designers to ensure design meets business needs, and documenting processes. You will also be responsible for writing user stories and acceptance criteria, working with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs, and monitoring adherence to estimates, timelines, and milestones.

We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end-user experience in a complex environment. You should have hands-on configuration experience, leadership experience, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential, particularly in a remote work setting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, and specialist areas such as Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and FSL. A proven track record of working in a similar position with comparable responsibilities is also required.
