Aspirations Care Ltd is seeking two highly organized and experienced administrators to assist our friendly team in Birmingham. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and challenges, providing support to the management team and senior administrator. You will frequently interact with our local and regional staff, and this position goes beyond typical administrative tasks. Handling sensitive information, such as taking minutes for meetings and preparing reports, while maintaining confidentiality is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, and managing emails.
  • Familiarity with CM2000 is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean and organized, securely filing documents or archiving as necessary.
  • Respond to phone calls and general inquiries directed to the office.
  • Take and distribute minutes from meetings.
  • Conduct inventory checks on PPE and stationery, ensuring compliance with monthly budgets.
  • Schedule meetings for management personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in gathering information for audits in collaboration with the quality team.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with GDPR regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in minute-taking, knowledge of CRM systems, proficiency in MS Office applications, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
