Position: Senior Business Analyst – Focus on Benefits Management

Ventula Consulting is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our pharmaceutical R&D projects, specifically in the area of Benefits Definition and Management.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the critical responsibility of collecting both quantitative and qualitative data regarding benefits from various workstreams. This role requires close collaboration with essential stakeholders, both internal and external to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, manage, and realize benefits effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct advanced data modeling to predict the timing of benefits realization based on project timelines.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Preferably possess a background in pharmaceutical R&D to enhance project understanding.

Compensation: Competitive daily rate

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Arrangement: Primarily remote with occasional on-site meetings
