We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Support Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Liaise with clients to fulfill security requirements on site, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Complete various security documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with managers effectively and efficiently, providing regular updates and reports.
- Protect the image of high-profile clients and Kingdom, upholding our reputation for excellence.
- Supervise and control site access, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Conduct regular site patrols, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Where appropriate and trained, act as an incident first responder, providing emergency assistance and support.
**Requirements**
- A valid SIA license or application in progress.
- Own transport required, with a reliable and safe vehicle.
- A full five-year checkable employment history, with a strong track record of customer service and security experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- An ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the business.
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
