Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to enquiries from external and internal sources to protect children and vulnerable adults.
  • Assist with data quality, accuracy, content, and retention to ensure data is fit for purpose and up to date.
  • Collate, assess, and interrogate information from various systems, including the Police National Computer (PNC).
  • Make decisions regarding non-disclosure or disclosure, adhering to the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF).
  • Liaise with internal, regional, and national departments, as well as local partner agencies and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for correspondence and reports.
  • Practical experience with ICT systems, including database use and data interrogation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Mental resilience to cope with distressing content.
