Our client is seeking a passionate Regional Quality Enhancement Manager who can assist in developing and guiding Home and Area Managers across care facilities in the West Midlands.
The services provided encompass Dementia, Nursing, and Residential care, and you will be accountable for ensuring that the care exceeds expectations in all facets, while also supporting Managers in achieving this high standard.
This organization has been in operation for nearly 15 years, managing over 270 care facilities with a mission to significantly improve the lives of older individuals throughout the UK.
