Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:

Excelcare Holdings is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm welcome and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always clean and tidy. Greet visitors, sign them in and out, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and transfer calls to the relevant person in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Home Manager and Administrator with tasks such as ordering stationery and maintaining records.
  • Marketing and Recruitment: Promote the care home, conduct show arounds, and support with recruitment efforts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Positive Attitude: A can-do approach and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role is desirable.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £12.00 per hour.
  • Flexible Working Hours: 8 hours a week, every other weekend, 9am to 5pm.
