Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute technical projects assigned by the Asset Manager, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety, quality, and legal requirements.
- Prepare project details, scope engineering documents, and cost estimates, utilizing industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate procurement and contracting of materials and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Commission and close projects, ensuring accurate as-built files and documentation.
- Lead change processes for project scope adjustments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical and management support on multi-disciplinary engineering works, driving project success.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, EIA, Civil, or related field.
- Proven track record in project engineering/management, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a terminal or related industry.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and codes (API, EEMUA, ANSI, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, CFR).
- Fluency in English and local terminal language, with proficiency in MS Office and planning software (e.g., MS Projects, Oracle Primavera, Autocad).
- Engage in diverse and challenging projects, driving business growth and development.
- Collaborate with a team of experts in a supportive environment, fostering professional growth and well-being.
