Job Opportunity:

Year 1 Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join our team at a reputable school. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons to a class of enthusiastic Primary level pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Delivery: Design and implement effective lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and safe learning environment, ensuring the proper use and storage of equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff members to achieve academic and personal goals.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Policy Compliance: Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Possess recent experience as a Year 1 Teacher, with a strong background in Key Stage 1 education.
  • Classroom Management: Demonstrate excellent classroom and behavior management skills.
