Overview:
We are collaborating with a prominent organization in the logistics sector to find a skilled Logistics Coordinator to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance for both vehicles and drivers, ensuring safety and legality.
  • Manage driver performance and conduct evaluations.
  • Coordinate with various company locations and delivery points.

  • Conduct debriefing sessions with drivers post-delivery.
  • Address delivery issues such as temperature discrepancies, damages, or incorrect products.
  • Generate Goods Return Notifications (GRRs) for any delivery complications.
  • Handle vehicle and trailer breakdowns efficiently.
  • Manage stock allocation and invoicing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records through scanning, indexing, and filing.

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a solid background in administration, ideally within a logistics environment, although this is not mandatory.

Proficiency in IT is crucial, as the role involves extensive use of systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.

Applicants should be adept at meeting strict KPIs and deadlines, demonstrating teamwork to achieve objectives.

Flexibility in shift coverage is essential, along with a commitment to reliability and a strong customer service orientation.
