Job Title: Community Trainer

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Community Trainer to join our team. As a Community Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training solutions to meet the diverse needs of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to the unique needs of our participants, focusing on employability skills, interview techniques, and job application strategies.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement high-impact training solutions that address emerging participant needs.
  • Utilize digital technologies and Microsoft Office programs to deliver training sessions, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Work closely with participants to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Conduct skills assessments and provide feedback to participants, helping them to set and achieve their career goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and community organizations to ensure our training programs meet the needs of the local labor market.
Requirements:
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Award in Education and Training level 3 (formerly PTLLS) or Certificate in Education and Training level 4 (formerly CTLLS).
  • Experience of delivering training programs in a high-performance target-driven culture.
  • Full driving license to enable deployment across a specified geographical area.
