Position Overview
Job Title: Site Maintenance Specialist
Company: Horizon Property Support Ltd
Compensation: £11.44 per hour
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week - Shifts may vary
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the premises and surrounding areas to ensure a pristine environment as per client specifications.
- Operate machinery, including tractors, for grounds upkeep.
- Conduct gritting of outdoor areas as necessary.
- Manage and maintain grassy sections around the property.
- Perform litter collection duties as required.
- Utilize ride-on scrubber dryers for cleaning tasks within the facility.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
Work Schedule Details
Workdays will be from Monday to Sunday, following a rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
Possession of a valid driving license is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a comparable position is advantageous.
Comprehensive on-site training will be provided to all new hires.
