Mortgage Collections Officer - Inside IR 35 - GBP180 PD

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Collections Officer to join our team at IntecSelect. As a key member of our financial support team, you will be responsible for managing mortgage arrears and ensuring fair customer outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough investigations into customer arrears, identifying root causes and future barriers
* Provide effective financial support to customers, including early arrears, court orders, and auction processing
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for mortgage arrears
* Act as a coach and role model, supporting the development of less experienced team members
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
* Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental SLAs and address any issues or concerns

**Requirements:**

* Recent experience in a financial support environment, focusing on secured lending and mortgage services
* Proven capabilities in the full mortgage collection life cycle
* Accreditation in debt management or a related field is desirable
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
