CV Library is currently working with a leading recycling and waste management company to find an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and process operators to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
  2. Monitor and inspect maintenance work to ensure compliance with planned maintenance systems.
  3. Assist in controlling maintenance and site service sub-contractors to ensure high-quality services.
  4. Manage maintenance stock, plan and issue parts, and monitor departmental expenditure.
  5. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance-related tasks, including root cause analysis and defect trend identification.
  6. Monitor staff attendance, lateness, and performance issues, and challenge where necessary.
  7. Ensure operational and noise management plans are followed.
