Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, focusing on energy and carbon planning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy and sustainability, with experience in leading the design and delivery of energy and carbon strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement energy and carbon strategies for clients, including decarbonization plans for existing assets and estates, and energy strategies for new development projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their energy and sustainability needs and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead the design and delivery of energy and carbon strategies across RIBA Stages, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in energy and sustainability, with a strong background in energy and carbon planning.
  • BEng/ BSc in Energy, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer with a relevant professional body.
