Job Description

**Job Title:** GPU Software Engineer

**Work Arrangement:** Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote work

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Translate complex mathematical concepts into efficient C++ and GPU compute-based encoder implementations for high-performance deployment across multiple operating systems.

• Enhance, maintain, and expand existing codebases (C/C++/Python) to improve codec implementations and optimize performance.

• Develop clear, concise, and verifiable technical specifications, APIs, and integration guides to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

• Test, measure, and evaluate complex signal processing code to validate performance and ensure customer-ready releases.

• Take ownership of estimating timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring design accuracy to meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive technical excellence and innovation.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in developing software using Vulkan or other modern GPU APIs.

• Extensive experience in creating C/C++ code from scratch and improving existing codebases.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new subjects quickly.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
