Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 HGV driver to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Class 2 HGV driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of palletised goods to businesses across the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver palletised goods to businesses across the Midlands
  • Operate a curtain-sided vehicle with minimal manual handling required
  • Unload pallets at delivery points using a pallet truck on occasion
  • Complete between 8 and 12 stops per day
  • Treat customers and other road users with courtesy at all times

Requirements

  • A valid UK Class 2 Licence
  • A valid UK CPC
  • A valid UK Digitacho
  • 2 years commercial experience
  • No more than 6 penalty points

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, starting at 06:00 until approximately 17:00, with an average of 50 to 55 hours per week.
