Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our client's team at their Luxury Wellness Resort in Bridport. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering healthy and nutritious meals to our guests.

• Preparing and running the breakfast service, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures.
• Working with homegrown produce from the farm, as well as locally sourced ingredients, to create a unique and delicious breakfast menu.
• Assisting with preparations for the following services as required by the Head & Sous Chef.
• Delivering an exceptional service for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Annual salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
