The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including retail, industrial, and office spaces across various regions. You'll work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained, while maximizing value for our clients.

  • Managing property portfolios, including retail, industrial, and office spaces.
  • Coordinating major works, maintenance, and health & safety compliance.
  • Overseeing service charge budgets and ensuring timely payments.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Collaborating with Property Management on property strategies and financial management.

Requirements

  • Experience in residential or commercial property management.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Performance-related bonus.
  • Competitive holiday package, including 22 days increasing up to 27 with length of service.
  • Support for RICS membership and professional development.
