About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of projects throughout St Andrews Healthcare. This includes the control, planning, implementation, and management of project work, as well as the effective application of all management procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Head of Estates Services & Project Delivery and other managerial staff within the Estates department to ensure the achievement of the charity's strategies and operational objectives.
  • To manage and coordinate project work, including the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • To ensure that all project work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
  • To identify and mitigate risks associated with project work, and to develop and implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • To work collaboratively with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners, to ensure that project work is aligned with the charity's goals and objectives.
