Job Title: Credit Controller

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Quality Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, protecting our client from credit risk, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our client's customer base.
  • Review and analyze customer creditworthiness, identifying potential risks and making recommendations to mitigate exposure.
  • Monitor and manage aged debt, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  • Provide expert advice on payment terms and credit control strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, resolving queries and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to initiate legal action and manage the claims process.
  • Produce regular forecasts and reports to inform cash-flow forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in credit control and debt recovery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial judgment and ability to balance competing business needs.
