About the Role

Huntr Talent Group is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients, ensuring their business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consulting and product expertise to clients, ensuring successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Define the solution's scope, identifying and scheduling the necessary resources for successful implementation.
  • Equip sales, account management, and support teams with the tools needed to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Create and manage documentation for clients, ensuring clear understanding of our solutions.
  • Lead implementation pilots and guide customers in visualising the final solution, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with clients during implementation to identify and manage any required data cleansing before full launch.
  • Present a detailed project review to internal stakeholders prior to customer launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide project reporting to the PMO, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Requirements
  • Background in Software Implementation working for a SaaS provider, with a strong understanding of business and customer needs.
  • Ability to understand business and customer needs and implement technology solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a satisfaction in developing logical solutions, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience in data analysis and management.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 DOE, depending on experience.
