About the Role

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to collaborate with the Procurement Manager in identifying and coordinating preferred suppliers for our operations. This role will involve administering a centralized database and contracts, working closely with our operations team to deliver optimally priced and suitable products that meet the ongoing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement process, including identifying and evaluating suppliers
  • Manage and maintain a centralized database of suppliers and contracts
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to influence and negotiate change
  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, to analyze data and inform procurement decisions
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
