About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of office spaces, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and polishers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Cleaning Supervisor
Requirements
  • Basic DBS check required
  • Previous cleaning experience in an office setting is a plus
  • Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
