We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. as a Graduate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a Building Surveying degree to launch their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role:
As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting building surveys and inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients, assist in the management and maintenance of property portfolios, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients.

- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Building Surveying degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification.
- GCSEs graded A-C, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge.
- Valid driving licence for site visits and inspections.
- Meticulous and thorough in all aspects of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
