About the Role

As a PCV Engineer / Mechanic, you will play a vital part in a close-knit experienced team, working together to keep our buses running at their very best. We provide training and development opportunities for those seeking career advancement, whether you're aiming to gain more skills with Electric Vehicles, move into a team leadership role, or advance to a Master Technician.

This role is on a rotating shift basis, starting from 5.00am / 8.30am / 2.00pm and offering an hourly rate of £22.00.

About You
  1. We're looking for previous experience of diagnosis, repair and maintenance of both mechanical and electrical faults on PSV / HGV fleet.
  2. With vehicles from a host of manufacturers, ranging from Volvo, ADL, Wrightbus, Scania and more, you will be comfortable in a range of manufacturer specific systems.
  3. A minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in PSV / HGV repair & maintenance (or equivalent) is required.
  4. You will need to hold a driving licence, with 6 points or less, and a PSV licence is preferred, but training will be provided if required.
What We Offer
  1. £22.00 per hour plus overtime available at an enhanced rate.
  2. Overtime at time plus 1⁄2 for all additional hours worked over the working week.
