Customer Success Manager

At Intuit Mailchimp, we're on a mission to empower small businesses to grow their brands and companies. Our Customer Success team is dedicated to engaging and growing our customers throughout their journey with us. We're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and help our customers achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through virtual and in-person interactions, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, monitoring health and creating risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to improve processes, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to 'solve for the customer,' including onboarding, upselling, and contract renewals.
  • Understand technical roadblocks and make recommendations on solution implementation and core integrations using Intuit Mailchimp.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing/account management role, with at least 2 years of managing a dedicated book of business.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
  • Strong negotiation skills, comfortable navigating financial conversations and dealing with cancellations.
  • Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting strategy verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with SaaS and marketing automation software is a plus.
  • Some travel required (up to 15%).
