Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the business, with a focus on commercial contracts, data protection, and other key areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the business on commercial contracts, data protection, and other key areas.
  • Offer risk insight, guidance, and solutions to meet the business needs.
  • Work closely with the business to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial contracts and data protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
