Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our manufacturing plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair defects on plant and equipment
  • Fault find and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance issues to minimize downtime
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections
  • Support upgrades and modifications of equipment and machinery
  • Assemble equipment based on engineering schematics or personal expertise
  • Prioritize safety protocols and perform risk assessments prior to commencing work
  • Work with industrial machines, machine installations, and maintenance
  • Participate in the call-out rota to provide 24-hour emergency engineering coverage when necessary

Requirements:

  • HND/NVQ or equivalent engineering-related qualification
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulation Certification is preferred
  • Familiarity with fault finding using PLCs
  • IPAD Licence is advantageous
  • Able to commute to the location on a daily basis
