- RGN/RMN Qualification: Hold a valid RGN/RMN qualification.
- NMC Registration: Be registered with the NMC.
- Current PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and Patients Charter Knowledge: Have current knowledge of PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and the Patients Charter.
- Ability to Deliver Exceptional Resident Care: Demonstrate the ability to deliver an exceptional standard of resident care.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure and Use Initiative: Be able to work under pressure and use initiative to resolve issues.
- High Standard of Personal Presentation and Diligence: Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and diligence.
- Proficiency in Verbal and Written English: Be proficient in verbal and written English.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: Be eligible to work in the UK.
- 1 Year of Experience in a Similar Role: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, particularly nursing of the elderly in a nursing home environment.
- Management Skills for Leading a Care Team: Possess management skills for leading a care team.
