Deputy Manager Job Description

As a Deputy Manager at Appoint Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. You will be responsible for providing specialist support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide exceptional care.

The Care Home offers a comprehensive induction programme, including various training courses, to support your development. You will have access to clear and structured development programmes, allowing you to see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:
