Teaching Assistant Level 2

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Learning Support team as a Teaching Assistant. This role will involve supporting students in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students in the classroom, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that students receive the best possible education.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff.
- Contribute to the development of individualized learning plans, ensuring that students' needs are met.
- GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) including English and maths.
- At least 2 years relevant work experience working in a relevant setting.
- A good knowledge of school-based education, including child development.
