Clinical Research Nurse Manager Opportunity

Panthera Biopartners is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse Manager to join our Sheffield Clinical Research Site.

About the Role

The Clinical Research Nurse Manager will be part of our site leadership team, supporting the Site Manager in optimizing profit and loss. You will ensure a high-quality and safe clinical research environment, initiating and managing nursing activities related to clinical trials from initiation to termination, adhering to ICH/GCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the commercial success of the site by recruiting and maintaining optimum patient numbers.
  • Provide professional leadership to direct reports, responsible for training, professional development, and supervision.
  • Manage nursing activities related to clinical trials, from startup to close-out, working to ICH/GCP guidelines.
  • Drive quality assurance measures and appropriate policies to enhance clinical research activity and successful business delivery.
  • Exercise meticulous attention to detail when collecting, recording, safety reporting, and verifying study data.
  • Facilitate effective communication through regular clinical team, multidisciplinary, project strategy, feasibility, and core study meetings.
  • Review research protocols, identify, and coordinate training and education requirements for clinical reports.
  • Oversee laboratory activities and perform laboratory duties for each study if required.
  • Review audit reports, complaints, and initiate corrective and preventative action to ensure best practice.
Requirements
  • NMC Registration with no limitations to practice.
  • Clinical research experience (desirable).
  • Ability to work in a team within a multidisciplinary environment with minimal supervision.
