Position Overview:

This role involves a permanent full-time commitment, operating on a 3 on 3 off schedule. Flexibility is essential, with shifts starting as early as 4am and concluding as late as 2am.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist passengers with restricted mobility (PRM) throughout their airport journey.
  • Engage effectively with passengers and colleagues to ensure smooth communication.
  • Provide support to PRM at key locations such as drop-off/pick-up points, airline check-in, security checks, and during pre-boarding.
  • Safely facilitate the transfer of passengers from the aircraft to the terminal using appropriate equipment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment.
  • Utilize company equipment responsibly, ensuring its proper use and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Physical capability to assist passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
