We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SHE Advisor to join our client's team in Reading. As a key member of the Programme Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the design and build of a state-of-the-art facility meets the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Programme Management, Construction, and Building Services, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to project team members on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of health, safety, and environmental performance.

• Proven experience in Programme Management, Construction, and Building Services with a focus on health, safety, and environmental management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
