Workshop Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of work while ensuring the depot runs smoothly and provides excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control all day-to-day activities within the department
- Monitor departmental workloads and address any staff issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other safety requirements
- Order parts and consumables/equipment as needed
- Record and report operational and financial performances within the department
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with a positive mindset and a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to drive others to succeed and use entrepreneurial flair to ensure continuous growth
- Experience in MIG/TIG and fabrication is preferred
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of circa £48k DOE
