Exciting Opportunity for a Maintenance Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Apcoa Parking. As a key member of our Operations Management Team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and vegetation within our car parks and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the hedges through trimming
  • Strim grassed areas / Weeding / leaf clearance
  • Maintain and clean all signage including minor installations / minor works
  • Ensure the site is clean, tidy and free of litter
  • Maintaining the grounds and vegetation within the car parks and grounds.
  • Travelling to different sites ensuring they are clear and free of debris and vegetation

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • A reliable and responsible attitude to work and proactive nature

What We Offer:

  • £12 per hour
  • 40 hours per week: 5 days out of 7. Most shifts Monday - Friday
