**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with regulatory bodies and external consultants, ensuring all notification and reporting requirements are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and oversee compliance administrators.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain the Compliance Risk Register.
  • Ensure compliance reports are completed and submitted on time to senior management.
  • Oversee and support compliance inductions.
  • Assist with annual compliance budgets and control annual spend.
  • Provide ad hoc support across the Compliance Division.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience working within compliance management positions.
  • Experience of ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001 standards.
  • Proficiency in auditing management systems.
  • IOSH Managing Safely (desired).
  • Driving license.
  • Flexibility for travel between sites.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organizational environment.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm and ambition.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
