About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for temporary part and full-time Residential Support Workers for elderly residential homes within Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care and have previous experience within the care sector, ideally within residential care.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience in the care sector, preferably in residential care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of elderly individuals
