This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a rapidly growing global software company, producing high-quality content that enables end-users to maximize the use of our clients' platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with experience in producing documentation for software applications. You will be working in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office, and must be within a commutable distance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and API documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets the needs of end-users
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software documentation
  • Strong understanding of technical subject matter and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable Skills:

  • German, Dutch, or Japanese language skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in tools such as RoboHelp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, HTML, XML, Flash, JavaScript, Visio, Fireworks, and Photoshop
