Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at our Junior site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Support children one-to-one in the classroom and at unstructured times as needed.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- GCSEs in Maths and English.
- High standards of literacy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Patience, a positive outlook, and a great sense of humour.
