Job Title: Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commissioning Engineer to join our team. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for transitioning our automated equipment from completion of build through to customer inspection and sign-off.

The commissioning phase can present a variety of challenges, especially when building bespoke equipment to satisfy our diverse customer base. Our commissioning team is well-versed in a variety of skills and works collaboratively to find solutions to bring about the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside our commissioning engineers to gain skills and techniques in software, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commissioning and testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in advanced control and system/software engineering or a similar subject.
  • Experience programming Programmable Logic controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
