Job Overview

This role involves providing line management and support to a small team of Children and Young People (CYP) practitioners, each supporting a caseload of CYP displaying abusive and aggressive behaviours in their familial and other close relationships.

The team delivers interventions on a one-to-one and group-work basis, in schools and other community-based settings, to children and young people aged between 5 and 18.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide line management and support to CYP practitioners
  • Support CYP displaying abusive and aggressive behaviours
  • Deliver interventions in schools and community-based settings
  • Work with children and young people aged 5-18

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with CYP
  • Knowledge of child development and behaviour
