A leading eCommerce Tech business is seeking a CRM Manager to join their growing Digital function.

  • Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager to deliver strategic projects and manage 3rd party relationships.
  • Support the CRM strategy aligned with the company's objectives and customer-centric approach, including analysing customer data to build out a segmentation and lifecycle strategy.
  • Be the subject matter expert on the ideal customer experience, leveraging data to inform opportunities for personalisation and conversion optimisation.

Support the wider CRM team with the delivery of their projects.

Execute a testing plan across trading, brand, and automated email flows to optimise performance.

Experience in a CRM/Email role where you have executed multi-channel campaigns, ideally with app experience.

Track record in CRM in digital-first or tech environments.

Skilled in HTML and CSS.
