Management Accountant

Page Personnel is partnering with a leading manufacturing business near Blackburn to recruit a part-qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team.
About the RoleAs a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the month-end accounts production and develop and improve reporting processes within the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Profit and analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Posting accruals and prepayments
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
- Cash flow forecasting
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Commercial analysis, and analysing margins and customer profitability
We are looking for a part-qualified Management Accountant with:
- Part qualification in CIMA/ACCA
- Experience in preparing full sets of management accounts in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills
- Ambitions to progress as the role will develop taking on more responsibility
- Strong Excel and report-writing skills
- ERP knowledge
The successful candidate will receive:
