Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain digital printing equipment to ensure high-quality output.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to optimize machine performance.
  • Use online tools to research and connect with potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage sales efforts and progress through CRM software, converting leads into customers.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital printing, with knowledge of print software and finishing techniques.
  • Experience in business development or sales, with a track record of building and converting sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining digital print machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with CRM software for tracking sales and outreach efforts.
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with digital file preparation (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Knowledge of colour management and calibration.
